Nuvelle Nu Edge Cliffside laminate flooring (NE102) has a brown wood look with pronounced darker grain lines in the product images. The long streaks and curved grain patterns give this color a more visibly patterned appearance than a nearly uniform wood look.

Look at a full plank sample when choosing Cliffside so you can judge the darker markings as well as the background color. Its 9.37-inch width and 72-inch length give those grain patterns plenty of room to show.

The embossed-in-register surface has texture aligned with the printed wood grain. A low-gloss finish keeps shine subdued, and the manufacturer's medium variation rating means you should expect some differences between boards.

The AC4 abrasion rating describes surface wear resistance; it does not mean scratch-proof. Suncrest lists this floor as waterproof, but room suitability and moisture protection still need to be checked against the applicable installation instructions and warranty.
