TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
These Terms & Conditions govern all sales of materials, products, and services provided by JV Wood Floors (“JV Wood Floors,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By requesting an estimate, placing an order, paying an invoice, accepting delivery, or allowing work to begin, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Estimates & Orders
All estimates are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated.
Orders are considered final once materials have been ordered, payment has been received, or special-order products have been requested.
2. Material Sales
Unless specifically stated on the invoice, material purchases include materials only.
Installation, removal, delivery, storage, design services, painting, caulking, repairs, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, drywall work, and any other services are excluded unless listed separately on the invoice.
3. Delivery
Delivery is optional and must appear as a separate line item on the invoice.
Upon delivery or customer pickup, ownership and responsibility for the merchandise transfers to the customer.
Customers must inspect all materials immediately upon delivery or pickup.
Claims for shortages, shipping damage, or incorrect products must be reported immediately.
4. Customer Inspection
Customers are responsible for inspecting all materials before installation.
Installation constitutes acceptance of the product.
No claims for visible defects, color variation, grain variation, shade variation, texture, finish, size, style, or dye lot differences will be accepted after installation.
5. Product Variations
Flooring, tile, cabinets, moldings, countertops, and other natural or manufactured products may vary in:
• Color
• Shade
• Grain
• Texture
• Gloss
• Finish
• Pattern
• Dye lot
• Size
Website photographs, brochures, showroom displays, and samples are intended only as general representations and are not guarantees of an exact match.
These variations are normal and are not considered defects.
6. Quantities
Customers, contractors, installers, designers, architects, or any representative acting on the customer’s behalf are solely responsible for verifying measurements and ordering the proper quantity of material.
