Shaker Unfinished construction details
This full-overlay framed selection has a five-piece Unfinished door with a Solid Birch Mortise and Tenon Frame featuring a 45° Inside Bevel & Veneered MDF Flat Recessed Center Panel. The cabinet box uses 1/2-inch plywood with matching unfinished exterior. Glass-door cabinets have an unfinished interior; other configurations have a UV-coated natural interior. Undermount full-extension soft-close drawer glides and 6-way adjustable soft-close hinges support everyday use. Dovetail drawer boxes are 5/8 inch, and adjustable plywood shelves are 3/4 inch with front edge banding.
